SMS Terms

MK153 Inc, d/b/a ClientBuilder.Pro, through Mike Kwak, offers optional one-to-one, non-marketing transaction-coordination texts to people at companies involved in a real-estate transaction with him. Recipients may include transaction coordinators, cooperating agents or brokers, escrow and title contacts, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, lenders, and similar transaction service providers. Texts may concern appointments and showings, documents, transaction status and deadlines, and related logistics. Lender messages are limited to transaction coordination; no loan offers are sent. Only MK153 Inc sends under this program; other businesses are recipients and do not send under the ClientBuilder.Pro brand. This program does not send advertising, cold outreach, or purchased-list messages.

Consent

An eligible transaction service provider may receive an individual email invitation with a single-use secure form link. The form starts with an unchecked consent box and requires the recipient to confirm the exact mobile number on file and submit their choice. The recipient may decline or ignore the invitation; the invitation itself is not consent. The consent page explains the process and displays the complete disclosure. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. The intended sender number, +1 858-757-8757, remains associated with the separate client program; texting under this program begins only after campaign approval, number cutover, and consent review. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the relationship and requests. Message and data rates may apply. MK153 does not charge a separate program fee.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also email mkwak7@gmail.com or call 858-900-4636. We honor other clear withdrawal requests. After an opt-out, further program messages are suppressed unless you separately opt in again.

Delivery and privacy

Carrier delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read the SMS Privacy Notice, which controls how mobile information and opt-in evidence are handled.
