Privacy Policy

This notice applies to non-marketing, one-to-one transaction-coordination texts sent by MK153 Inc, d/b/a ClientBuilder.Pro, through Mike Kwak to people at companies involved in a real-estate transaction with him. Recipients may include transaction coordinators, cooperating agents or brokers, escrow and title contacts, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, lenders, and similar transaction service providers. Lender messages are limited to transaction logistics; no loan offers are sent. These businesses receive messages and do not send under the ClientBuilder.Pro brand through this program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy; this notice controls for mobile information and SMS consent.

Information and purpose

We retain contact names and mobile numbers; the transaction-party relationship; the individual email invitation and its delivery record; a hash of the single-use consent-link token; the recipient's acceptance or decline, mobile-number confirmation, disclosure version, source, date and time; message content; and delivery, support, and opt-out events. The invitation is not consent. We use these records to provide requested transaction coordination, verify consent, honor opt-outs, secure the service, and resolve delivery issues. We do not use this program for advertising, cold outreach, purchased lists, or loan offers.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver, secure, or support this messaging program and may not use it for their own marketing. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or consent records.

Consent is optional and separate from any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The consent explanation and disclosure describe the unchecked web form, mobile confirmation, and decline option. The public review copy is available at clients.clientbuilder.pro/transaction-partner-sms-consent. An invitation, unanswered email, or existing business relationship is not permission. The intended sender number, +1 858-757-8757, remains associated with the separate client program; texts under this program will start only after campaign approval, number cutover, and consent review.

Retention, security, and choices

We keep mobile information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the program, document consent or withdrawal, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls and encrypted transmission. You may reply STOP to withdraw, HELP for assistance, or email mkwak7@gmail.com to withdraw or ask about your information. Withdrawal suppresses further program texts.
