Real-estate text consent
This program covers one-to-one, non-marketing messages from Mike Kwak to people at companies involved in a real-estate transaction with him: transaction coordinators, cooperating agents or brokers, escrow and title contacts, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, lenders, and similar transaction service providers. Messages to lenders are limited to transaction coordination and logistics; no loan offers are sent. These businesses are message recipients. Only MK153 Inc sends under this program; it does not authorize other businesses to send under the ClientBuilder.Pro brand.
How to opt in
When you are recorded as a service provider on a transaction with Mike, he may send an individual email invitation with a single-use secure link to the consent form. The link expires after 14 days. On the form, the consent checkbox starts unchecked; to opt in, you must check it, confirm the exact mobile number shown, and submit your choice. You can decline on the same page or ignore the invitation. An invitation, business relationship, phone-number entry, or unanswered email is not consent. Your choice is recorded with the disclosure version and transaction-party context before any text can be sent.

Messages may include scheduling, inspection or appraisal coordination, document or status questions, deadlines, and related transaction logistics. No advertising, loan offers, or marketing messages will be sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service.
The intended sender is +1 858-757-8757. That number is still associated with the separate client program and is not assigned to this program. Consent does not activate texting: no messages will be sent through this campaign until registration is approved, the number is cut over, and consent is verified.
