Occupancy

What is seeded, and who is already there.

We do not sell exclusive territories. This board is what replaces them: every niche we have loaded, how deep it goes, and how many partners are working it right now.

Your niche

If you know a trade well enough to name the twenty businesses that matter in your city, tell us and we will seed it.

Every partner count on this page is zero, because the programme has no partners yet. We would rather show you a board of zeroes than invent a number — and when it changes, it changes here first.

The flagship

Scratch & dent appliances, counted line by line.

Stores selling discounted appliances with cosmetic damage. It is a real trade with real margins, the businesses are almost all independent, and most of them have a website that is visibly costing them customers. These figures come from the live database, in August 2026.

How deep a metro really is

39 metros are worth working. 5 are deep.

The national count is large; the per-city count is not. Most cities in the database hold a single store. A workable territory here is 25 to 100 businesses — small enough to call through, small enough to service, and small enough that you should think in metros rather than city limits.

This is also the honest argument against exclusivity. If a niche only supports around 39 territories, selling them exclusively would cap it at 39 partners — and one who stopped working would freeze a metro for as long as they kept paying $97.

Bring your own niche

The best directory is one you already understand.

Scratch & dent is what we seeded first because we had the data. It is not the only trade that works. If you can name the twenty businesses in your city that matter in a given trade, and you know why an owner there would pay for a better website, tell us — we will seed it and you can work it.

What makes a niche work

  • Mostly independent owners, not franchises with a corporate marketing budget
  • Enough businesses in one metro to fill a week of calls
  • Customers who search before they buy
  • Websites bad enough that the free analysis lands
  • A purchase big enough that one new customer pays for the year

Pick a lane while they are all open.

No exclusivity means no waiting list either. Tell us the niche and the metro, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth your time.
