1. Program owner and scope
MK153 Inc, a California corporation doing business as ClientBuilder.Pro ("ClientBuilder.Pro," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the ClientBuilder Customer Care text messaging program. Mike Kwak may send messages on behalf of MK153 Inc and ClientBuilder.Pro.
The program supports occasional, non-marketing, one-to-one customer care conversations with existing real-estate clients. It is not used for advertising, promotions, cold outreach, purchased lists, lead generation, or messages sent for third-party businesses or real-estate agents.
2. Mobile information we collect
For this program, we may collect and maintain:
- Your name and mobile telephone number
- Your consent record, including the date, time, source, disclosure version, and opt-in or opt-out status
- Messages you exchange with us and information needed to respond to your request
- Delivery, HELP, STOP, and other carrier-provided messaging events
3. How we use mobile information
We use mobile information only to:
- Reply to existing client questions and conversations
- Coordinate requested appointments or home-search calls
- Provide requested home-search or property updates
- Answer property questions
- Coordinate related real-estate services or an existing transaction
- Maintain consent, delivery, security, and opt-out records for the program
4. How consent is collected
An existing client receives an individual email containing a unique, time-limited consent link. The client reviews the complete SMS disclosure, affirmatively checks a separate box that is unchecked by default, confirms the mobile number already associated with the client relationship, and selects the opt-in button.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. We do not obtain consent through purchased lists, verbal permission, or a text keyword. A disabled public copy of the consent experience is available on the SMS consent review page.
5. No sharing of mobile information or SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
This restriction applies regardless of any other data-sharing statement in our general Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or use mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records for unrelated purposes.
Vendors acting solely on behalf of MK153 Inc may process mobile information only as technically necessary to deliver, secure, or support the ClientBuilder Customer Care messaging program. They are prohibited from using that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Messaging disclosures
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Additional program details are in the SMS Terms and Conditions.
7. Retention and security
We retain mobile information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, document consent or revocation, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the security of our services. We use access controls and encrypted transmission to safeguard this information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and contact information
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or email info@clientbuilder.pro. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your mobile information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
